WATER-BASED INK BLENDING AND DISPENSING SYSTEM
Hart Industries has the technical expertise and quality controls to safely develop ink formulations that meet FDA requirements for direct food contact and other food safety regulations without compromising on brand aesthetics or material lead times.
We exclusively use water-based inks with an in-house ink blending and dispensing system in order to eliminate solvent-based VOCs and reduce obsolescence in our ink department.

We’ve made significant investments in our printing technology that includes acquiring the latest model in cutting-edge flexographic printing presses that enables:

automated color and graphics accuracy via: 8-color process printing with extended gamut, automated ink blending and dispensing, and spectrophotometer-based color matching
